SOLID WASTE AND BAG LIMIT: Rates effective January 2 is $100.00. If payed after January 31 st the rate will be$150.00 or garbage pickup will be CANCELLED! We have a three (3) bag – 30 gallon size limit per week. Extragarbage will not be picked up without a Garbage Sticker. Additional garbage stickers for trash bags are available at theTownship Municipal Services Building at $1.50 each.

Remember – leaves, grass clippings and animal waste should not be included in your weekly garbage and WILLNOT BE PICKED UP! Garbage must be at your curbside by 7:00 A.M. If a Holiday falls on a Monday, Monday’spick-up will be on Wednesday; Tuesday’s pick-up will remain the same. Monday Holidays in 2019 will be: , Labor Day,Memorial Day & New Year’s Day.

Annual Christmas Tree Collection will be January 16, 2019. Please do not wrap trees in plastic bags, No return callsfor Christmas Trees!

2019 Spring Clean-Up will be April 10 th and 11 th . Fall Clean-Up will be October 9 th , and 10 th , Mar Lin, Yorktown, DeerPark, Brookshire, Woodland Acres, and Hillside will be WEDNESDAY.
Brier City, Seltzer, Norwegian Woods, Seltzer Highway, New Street, Peach Mountain, Water Street, Mamie’s Avenue,Mill Creek Avenue, St. Clair Avenue, and Ann Street will be THURSDAY.
Please separate acceptable materials at curbside into scrap metal, wood, rugs, etc. NO LARGE FURNITURE ORAPPLIANCES, TIRES, BATTERIES, OR PAINT CANS! Cleaning households is a commercial enterprise and theTownship is not in this business. If you are moving into a house, do not use the clean-up for this purpose, or, whenmoving, do not abuse the privilege!

We no longer have an outlet for TV’s, computers or computer monitors. Anyresident caught bringing in refuse from outside the township and placing it for pick-up at their residence duringthe fall and spring cleanup will result in a $300.00 fine for littering for each offense.
